Caranto is the name of the alluvial clay, calcareous marl of Pleistocene origin, very present in out little vineyard of Bianchetta Trevigiana (native grape) in Monfumo.

Soil: Marl, grey, rich in limestone

Vinification

Harvest: September, 12th 2020

Vinification: Four days of skin contact before pressing the grapes. Aging in stainless steel  tank before bottling.

Bottling date: March, 1st 2023
